One of our very favorite chicken breast recipes is simply marinated in a
seasoned lime juice and sauted in the grill pan and then served with a lime
sauce which we also called a frozen chicken breast recipe.

turn to week in and week out, whether I need to create a meal in a hurry or I'm
cooking for a crowd. This is a delicious meal which we can make in a very short period of time for the friends and family .
Preparation
time :
This
recipe has about a 10 min preparation time. And maximum it will take 2 hours
for the finishing point and it will get ready in maximum 3 hours. Here are my tips on how to cook the perfect,
frozen chicken breast and recipes are above to get you started .
Ingredients :
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced
3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon ground allspice
1/3 cup vinegar
3 tablespoon unsulfured molasses
2 tablespoon sauce
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice (from half of a lime)
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 medium ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
2-3 peppers, seeded and minced
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 small onion, diced

Method :
1.
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
2.
Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until
translucent, 2-3 minutes.
3.
Add the pepper, garlic, salt, black pepper and all spice,
and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes more.
4.
Add the vinegar,
molasses, lime juice and tomato sauce, and cook for one minute more.
5.
Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor, add
the mango and peppers, and process until smooth.
6.
Put two cups of the sauce into a large sealable bag with
the chicken, and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Reserve the rest of
the sauce for serving.
7.
When you're ready to cook, heat a grill or stove top grill
pan to medium-high heat.
8.
Remove the chicken
from the bag, discarding marinade.
9.
Grill the chicken
just until cooked all the way through, approximately 4 minutes per side.
10.
Serve at room temperature, with the reserved sauce on the
side. Or refrigerate and serve cold.
