Preparation time :

Ingredients :

6 healthy chicken breast pieces
½ cup lemon juice
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup vinegar
3 cloves garlic
2 cup mustard
2 onions and 2 tomatoes
Onion powder
Black pepper
  
Method :

In a large glass bowl , mix the vinegar , mustard, garlic and lemon juice. Mix it well.
Now add olive oil in the mixtures thoroughly.
Place chicken in the mixture. Cover, and marinate 8 hours, or overnight.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate
Dip chicken in lemon juice, and sprinkle with the onion powder, black pepper and salt .Discard any remaining lemon juice.
Cook on the prepared grill 10 to 15 minutes per side, or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken on the prepared grill, and cook 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear. Discard marinade.
Serve it hot with salad and yogurt.
