Preparation Time :
This recipe has about a 15 min preparation time.
And maximum it will take 1 hour 30 minutes
for the total time . Here are my tips on
how to cook the perfect, boneless chicken breast .
Ingredients:
·
6 to 8 Boneless Chicken Breast
·
¼ cup water
·
2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
·
2 onions sliced
·
Salt to taste
·
2 tablespoon olive oil
·
1 large tomato
(chopped)
·
Fresh black pepper
·
2 tablespoon Soya Sauce
·
1 Egg
·
2 tablespoon chilli powder
·
2 green chilli
·
3 tablespoon Oil
·
1/8 tablespoon pepper
Method:
1.
First
of all, wash and clean the chicken thoroughly. Soak it in turmeric/Salt water,
this will purify the chicken and then boil boneless chicken breast for nearly 3 minutes
2.
In
a bowl, add chicken, 1/2 tsp of chili powder, salt, turmeric. Mix it well, put
it in the freezer and marinate it overnight or couple of hours. I marinated it
overnight.
3.
Combine chicken breast, onion, curry powder, and pepper;
pour over chicken breasts.
4.
Next
day or couple of hours later add 1/2 tbsp of oil and fry the chicken until its
cooked well. The texture of chicken changes and you can see few dark spots when
its cooked. Keep aside.
5.
Now
in a small cup add egg, salt, 1/8 tsp of chili powder, 1/8 tsp of pepper
poweder. Beat it well
6.
Add
1/2 tablespoon of oil, Soak the chicken
in the egg mix and fry it or alternatively add the chicken and pour 2
tablespoon of egg mix on top of it .
7.
Wait
for few seconds and then add onion and tomato, then add 2 green chili for 2-3
minutes. Add salt.
8.
Now
add the chicken, sauce, tomato ketchup and soya sauce. Mix it well. We can add
some chili powder if we want it more spicy. Fry it for couple of minutes until
the sauce blends well with chicken. Remove it from flame.
9.
Serve
hot.
This
recipe is very moist and amazingly flavorful for how few ingredients are
involved. But all that
reformed when I took a moment to think about how I could make boneless chicken
breast taste better and I got creative. This easy recipe is super-fast to make and it is
delightful. And yes off course you can
also add some more ingredients to these recipes and make it more beautiful and
tasty.
